AI cameras: the camera that alerts the manager.

Dining room · liveillustrative example
  1. Table 7: guests seated
  2. Table 7: no service for 4 min
  3. Register: 6 people in line
  4. Table 7: no service for 8 min
  5. Alert on the manager’s phone: Table 7 waiting 8 min

In practice

Three everyday situations.

  1. Restaurant

Without AINobody notices a table is waiting.

With AIThe manager gets an alert when the wait passes the agreed time.

  2. Shop

Without AIThe shelf empties at peak time.

With AIA restock alert before customers look and find nothing.

  3. Front desk or register

Without AIThe line grows and the team only sees it later.

With AIAn alert when the line passes the agreed number, so you can open another register.

The examples on this page show how it works. They are not client cases.

Custom quote

An AI camera setup is a custom project with its own quote. The price depends on the number of cameras and what they need to notice.

Questions

Quick answers.

Does the camera recognize people’s faces?

It does not need to. The system counts people, measures time and notices situations without identifying anyone. Facial recognition uses biometric data, which Brazilian law treats as sensitive, and is not part of our standard work.

Can I use the cameras I already have?

Often, yes. It depends on image quality and how the camera records. We check first and tell you if any need replacing.

What about data protection law?

Filming your own business is allowed with a clear purpose, a visible notice and restricted access to the footage. The guide on AI and customer data, here in the Library, covers the basics.
