Starting a business
Before you open, check that the numbers work.
For people who have not opened their business yet: niche and competitor research, feasibility, business plan, name and brand, the paperwork roadmap and an online presence from day one.

How it works
From agreement to delivery.
- 01
Niche and audience
Who buys, what they look for and what they usually pay, using public data and real Google searches.
- 02
Competitors
Who already serves this audience in your area or online, with prices, reviews and what customers praise and complain about.
- 03
Feasibility
How much you need to sell each month to cover costs and how long it takes to earn the investment back, in a spreadsheet you can update yourself.
- 04
Business plan
A short document covering what to sell, to whom, at what price, with what costs and the first steps. It also works for talks with a partner, bank or investor.
- 05
Name and brand
Name options checked against the database of Brazil’s trademark office (INPI), website domains and social handles, plus a simple visual identity.
- 06
Paperwork roadmap
The list of what needs to be done and in what order: company type, tax ID (CNPJ), operating permit and the licenses for your field. Registration, tax regime and articles of association are handled by an accountant or lawyer.

Straight answers
What future owners ask.
Will Lotaloja register my company?
No. We organize the documents, explain each step and follow the process, but registration, tax regime and articles of association are done by your accountant or lawyer.
Do you guarantee the business will work?
No. The study shows the numbers and the risks in advance, so you can decide with information before investing.
Does the name check secure the trademark?
No. It shows whether a similar mark already exists in the INPI database, domains and handles. Registration is a filing with INPI, with its own fee and review.
Does it work for sole proprietors (MEI)?
Yes. The study scales to the size of the business, and your accountant confirms which company type fits your case.
